What we do, and what it costs

Every treatment has its own page with the full method, the real timeline and the price range — so you can decide before you sit in the chair, not after.

If we can't pick up

You'll hear back before you've called anyone else.

When the whole team is with a patient, the phone still rings. Rather than let it go to a voicemail nobody enjoys leaving, you get a message within seconds — and a real person answers it as soon as a chair is free.

We also send a reminder the day before every appointment, because a forgotten slot helps nobody.

What people say afterwards

★★★★★

I hadn't seen a dentist in nine years because I was frankly terrified. They booked me first thing, explained everything twice, and stopped when I asked. I've been back three times since without dreading it.

★★★★★

Broke a tooth on a Sunday, sent a message on the Monday morning and was in the chair by lunchtime. The price I was quoted was the price I paid, which I'm told is unusual.

Fifteen months of aligners, done. They showed me the simulation on day one and the result matched it almost exactly. Worth every euro.

Questions

The things people ask before booking

Straight answers, including the ones about money.

How much do dental implants cost in Malta?

A single implant in Malta typically costs between €1,200 and €1,800, including the implant itself, the abutment and the crown. We confirm your price in writing after the first scan, before any treatment begins — the figure you're given is the figure you pay.

Can I see a dentist the same day in St Julian's?

Yes. We keep two emergency slots free every weekday morning for pain, swelling, a broken tooth or a lost filling. Call before 11am and you're usually seen the same day.

Do clear aligners work as well as traditional braces?

For most mild to moderate crowding, spacing and bite corrections, aligners reach the same result as fixed braces, usually in six to eighteen months. Complex cases involving significant jaw movement are still better with fixed braces — we'll tell you honestly which you are at the first consultation, even when the answer costs us the case.

Is a check-up painful?

A routine check-up and clean isn't painful. If you're anxious, say so when you book: we put nervous patients first thing in the morning, allow double the usual time, and stop whenever you raise your hand.

Do you speak English?

Yes — the team works in English, Maltese and Italian.

Do you take payment plans?

For treatments over €800 we split the cost across the treatment period at no extra charge. Ask at the consultation and we'll write the schedule into your quote.
